The first phase (Tower North) of the exceptional Bay Watch Resort & Conference Center opened for owners and vacationers in March 2001. Billed in pre-construction as "The Jewel of North Myrtle Beach," the three-tower resort offers a portfolio of condominium styles and amenities not found in any other resort in North Myrtle Beach.Tower North replaced the former Bay Watch Inn. Offering 170 condominium units in 8 different floor plans, each is fully furnished with upscale furnishings and accessories and each offers a private balcony. Studios: Both the North and South studio plans are self-contained with bath and kitchenette. Each has private entrance. Some have been sold in combination with the adjacent 2-Bedroom plans as "lockout" units.

The 2-Bedroom South is a "double bay" with access to the oceanfront balcony from both the living area and the master bedroom. The 2-Bedroom Interior unit features oceanfront balcony and over 900 sq. ft. of combined living space.
Three Bedroom: The 3-bedroom plan provides generous living areas and floor to ceiling windows making it seem even more spacious! Floors 6-14 feature extended oceanfront balconies with access from the living area or the master bedroom.
